Wrap-N-Drain "X" Exterior Waterproofing System
Product Description:
Wrap-N-Drain “X” is a multi-use, polypropylene plastic sheet membrane that is designed to provide a permanent water and moisture barrier along the surface to which it is installed.
This permanent barrier prevents backfill soil and moisture from resting against the foundation wall, channeling the water down through the soil to the footing drainage system.
The dimpled surface of Wrap-N-Drain “X” is installed facing the surface creating a 6 mm (1/4”) drain air-gap barrier which protects the basement interior from outside soil moisture and allows moisture originating from inside the basement to escape to the air gap where it condenses and drains away to the footing drainage system.
The patented “X” pattern design of the membrane results in a product which is easy to install even in connection with complex construction details.
